Jim McNulty was a towering figure who headed up and promoted many great police & IPA causes on both sides of the Atlantic. He will be missed. M.G. Mike Lynch President - US Section IPA

I just learned of the passing of Jim McNulty....R.I.P. I have the same vision of a Police Memorial/Memorial Day for the Irish Police Force that Jim had for Scottish Police Force and I had spoken and communicated with him for a long period of time prior to meeting him last May at the NLEOMF in Washington D.C. It was great to be able to formally thank him for his support and guidance given to me with my Project. To Jims Family I send you my heartfelt Sympathy and prayers; To Christine Fulton Dougie

I was deeply saddened to learn of the death of our friend Jim McNulty. What a man of vision and energy. Jim was an inspiration for all. While an ocean divided us Jim was a true friend and brother in law enforcement. We have all been blessed by having known him. May he rest in peace. Charlie Deane Chief Prince William County Police Department Prince William Virginia
